What We Are Currently Looking For:
MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST - REGIONAL OFFICE - ATLANTA, GA
This key member or our regional operations team will be responsible for:
Collect information on customers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Provide analysis on competitor market offerings and identify market trends
Conduct customer/resident sentiment product research
Utilize both online research tools and traditional information gathering methods and catalog findings
Interpret data, formulate reports and make appropriate recommendations to management
Have solid understanding of business objectives and design custom surveys to determine customer preferences
Prepare market analysis and pricing narrative, market survey summary and competitor summary reports for Investment Committee Packages (ICP)
Assist in reviewing all construction plans and interior design and make recommendations for marketability
Candidates who apply should have:
2+ years of marketing/market research experience (related internship experience will be considered)
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or closely related field is required
Strong research and problem solving skills are essential
Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary
Some travel will be required (up to 25%)
