Responsibilities
Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. During your internship assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant project challenges faced federal clients. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.

Qualifications
Our internship is a 9-10 week program, running from the beginning of June to the beginning of August. Through the internship program, you will have the opportunity to work within one of our seven sectors:

Throughout the internship, you will have the chance to work with our internal teams on the assigned project/contract, meet with upper management to reflect on your personal and professional development, and socialize with your fellow interns during outings/activities.

Internship Overview:
This internship is for our Advanced Solutions Technology Sector. Located in Washington, DC Office.

As an intern you will become one of our Business and IT Strategy Transformation consultants who help our clients improve business value through optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary strategy teams. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as Enterprise IT Management, Mission Enablement, and IT Transformation.

As an intern, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting existing business processes, systems, and technology. You will support project teams in working with business executives to define, understand and document business strategy and desired business capabilities, iterating new business and technology capabilities, and creating and implementing future-state capabilities. Support project teams in developing and implementing enterprise-level business process improvement and technology solutions within functions and industries (e.g. IT, HR, Finance, Cyber, Procurement, Acquisition, Grants, Supply Chain, etc.) As well as, assist in supporting project teams in the implementation of IT strategy methodologies and frameworks.

You will gain core consulting skills in the following areas:
Ability to identify and develop solutions to meet client needs
Gain awareness of the client environment, culture, challenges, and areas for improvement
Gain ability to support the development of quality client deliverables
As one of our Business and IT Strategy Transformation consultants, you will gain experience in helping our clients improve business value through optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary strategy teams. Through this experience, you will help enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as Enterprise IT Management, Mission Enablement, and IT Transformation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have completed 60 credits or above, OR in a Graduate level program prior to the start date of internship
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above
Must be enrolled in a FULL TIME accredited Undergrad University or at minimum in a part time Graduate program
Must have a declared major
