About the Role
Full Cycle Senior Technical Recruiter
Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience – a demonstrated history of efficient and effective recruiting for frontend and backend engineers at all level including leadership and Principal Developers.
A demonstrated ability to influence leaders.
You have strong, well-reasoned opinions and are decisive.
You index high on personal resilience and sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong detail-orientation & organization.
Demonstrated record of Recruiting in tech in a growing fast-pasted environment.
Ability to support and recruit for a wide range of roles and levels.
Nice to have knowledge of various coding languages and have the ability to talk to a high caliber of engineering candidates.
Interested in attending and organizing Engineering recruiting events and conferences.
