The UGI Family of Companies is implementing SuccessFactors EC-Payroll, Workforce Software time and attendance, and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The business has several modules in production, including: Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning, with future plans to include Performance Management, Compensation and Succession Planning.

UGI will rely on the Payroll Administrator to understand the technical configuration and solution to operationalize payroll processes. They will define the governance and business processes that will sustain payroll processing across the businesses using this system. They will mitigate the gap between technology and the business owners as much as possible.

Job Responsibilities
Ownership of EC Payroll processes
Fully and accurately document all solutions and ensure payroll documentation remains up to date
Partner with functional HR teams to ensure reliable operations of payroll systems and functional processes
Technical oversight of payroll operations; identify gaps in system configuration and develop solutions to that meet functional payroll requirements
Technical consultant for yearly recurring HR processes
Ensure our SuccessFactors system enables efficient HR processes; understand gaps in existing processes and provide input into how our technology can be used to solve them

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, post-graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
Minimum of 8+ years of experience within Information Technology industry
Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP Payroll; exposure to SAP Employee Central Payroll
Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP/SuccessFactors HR Suite
Practical experience with HR and payroll operations
Competent in project management theory, knowledge, skills, tools and techniques
