Position Summary
The UX Developer is an integral member of the Marketing and Merchandising team. They are responsible for front-end updates, promotional changes, and enhancements and ensure ADA compliance and SEO optimization standards are maintained. Position requires strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Building and implementing customer-facing content, pages, and functionality for the Pep Boys website.
- Maintaining and implementing online promotional assets-including creative, messaging, coupons.
- Coordinating with creative and business teams to ensure customer experience standards and compliance
- Building, maintaining and reporting on A/B testing on the Pep Boys website
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent is required
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must. Understanding of responsive design and best UX practices. Ability to work in an Agile environment.
