We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our office in Rock Hill, SC.

Your duties will include

  • Provide Project Managers with support
  • Receive and direct phone calls
  • Maintain bid schedule
  • Sort Mail
  • Prepare packages for shipping
  • Prepare and Maintain submittal/transmittal logs
  • Set and maintain office files and job files
  • Prepare bid packages
  • Prepare pre-qualification packages
  • Handle MBE solicitations for bids
  • Maintain office supplies

Requirements

High School Diploma
Experience in similar position
Must be a self-motivated person who can anticipate the companies needs in advanced
Strong background in secretarial skills
Proficiency of PDF Editing, Excel and Word
Strong Communication skills with proper grammar and spelling
Be able to pass drug test and background check
30-40 hours per week, Compensation based on experience.
