We are seeking experienced clinicians for a full-time psychotherapist position.
Our expanding practice is looking for motivated professionals to join our team and provide outpatient services to adults, children, and/or adolescents. As an outpatient therapist, you will help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals with compassion and respect for their individuality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family, or couples counseling psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
- Perform patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling and therapy techniques.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in need.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and an active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- At least two years of psychotherapy experience.
- Preference given to those with experience working with couples and/or children/teens.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
