We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable Verizon Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing Philadelphia-based team! As part of the Verizon Sales Representative team, you’ll be managing sales pursuits and the sales pipeline, helping the account team in qualifying and closing sales leads provided to us by Verizon, and coordinating the utilization of all account management methodology and business development tools. You will then be responsible for meeting directly with those consumers, assessing their needs for internet services, and providing satisfying solutions with the newest internet technology. Verizon Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer household needs and budgeting
- Present, Promote and sell Verizon products and services to prospective customers
- Explain in detail the advantages and usage of proposed products and services
- Build trust with customers that translates to long-term brand relationships
- Provide accurate and complete contact information and schedule Verizon installation appointments promptly
- Answer all customer questions, troubleshoot any complaints, and always follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with all resolutions
- Maintain current knowledge of all internet technology trends, products, procedures, services, and policies
Verizon Sales Representative Requirements:
- Prior experience or interest in technology, telecommunications, sales, or client relations is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is a must
- High levels of motivation and focus to achieving goals or exceeding expectations
- Outstanding communication skills and active listening ability with various personality types
- Ability to work independently when needed but always a strong collaborator in a team setting
- Accountable, punctual, and reliable transportation
- Exceptional professional demeanor and engaging personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
