RFP Specialist /Project Manager

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for design and who is able to take strategies formulated by multiple internal stakeholders and synthesizing them into effective and precise presentations that are as creative as they are captivating. Management of requests for proposals and development of pitch materials from initial research and development of the client, its peer universe, issues and relevant industry topics to creation of final presentation material.
This is not a managerial role so you must be capable of conceptualizing client needs and translating them into a creative display of our solutions based on your own merit.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to author, edit and produce RFP, RFQ and RFI’s within tight deadlines. Knowledge of the mentioned acronyms is required in order to perform the job duties effectively. Candidates that do not have the required proficiency will not be selected for interviewing.
Become the resident expert for visually communicating our business solutions and services.
Maintain and update the standard company knowledge center while organizing and tracking all requests, incoming and outgoing responses using standard, company-approved FAQs - ensure accuracy, relevancy and timely insights and updates for field team and select partners.
In addition to owning all RFP deliverables and presentations, you will work with multi-departments on projects that require your creative, research and presentation skills.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience with RFP management tools such as Loopio, Scout RFP, RFPIO
Excellent written and verbal communications are as equally important as your expert proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint and Adobe Suite.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience creating business development presentations
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; previous experience required
Strong, creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and situation leadership skills
Ability to be agile and remain calm under pressure
Constantly learning about new technologies and methods for innovation - keeping your finger on the pulse while staying on the cutting edge of our industry and your professional tools
Be an expert researcher, problem solver and have the ability to put cohesive concepts together for the development of executive summaries that tell a solution-based story
Must be a storyteller at heart, passionate about their creative craft and take pride in creating high-profile materials that win - naturally intellectually curious
Project and team management experience, with a willingness to “roll up sleeves” and operate at whatever level is needed to accomplish tasks
