Office Assistant

The APJ Group - Falls Church, VA


Seeking highly organized individual to organize home office and create/organize/maintain files for busy multiple businesses and company owners. Must possess Microsoft Office, Google doc, cloud, email and telephone experience. Quickbooks skills a plus. 20+ hours per week. First 6 months workload consists of file & systems organization. Prefer set schedule but flexible; Onsite work only; no remote work. Bachelor's degree a plus. Local Falls Church residents with 15 minute commute only. Must be HIGHLY ORGANIZED, prompt, reliable, RESPONSIVE and honest. Resumes without cover letter and 3 references will not be considered. Background check will be performed. Office not near metro and occasional errands needed so car is a plus with mileage reimbursement.
$15-$25/hr based on education and experience, with room to grow as companies grow; Must be US Citizen or legally qualified to work in US. Ideal for college student or retiree or person in between jobs; No companies or recruiters; individuals only. Accepting resumes through 10/31/19.
