## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in various settings, from fine dining to nightclubs, and possess excellent customer service skills.
## Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS for order processing
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink orders for guests
- Upsell additional beverages or menu items
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for service
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha POS
- Strong understanding of basic math for cash handling
- Experience in food service and hospitality industry
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in banquet or fine dining settings
- Familiarity with nightclub operations
