The team needs a Business Affairs Coordinator who is highly entrepreneurial, chalk full of ingenuity and deeply passionate about truly world-class content that clients invest behind to transform their business & delight users.
You will be hands-on in the production process and will work internally and externally with the Business Affairs Lead and the global production team to ensure that all contracts, finances, legal and business affairs align for each production. You'll combine your production super powers, strong business acumen, creativity and growing understanding of Facebook's platform to help build business solutions that set the bar for the entire industry.

You have a keen eye for detail; a passion and expertise in business and legal affairs for production matters, no matter how big the budget or guerilla the production; you have a fluency in all aspects of production, from small screen digital to big screen broadcast with a broad base of stellar content creators; you're entrepreneurial in spirit, ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the complexities of any production; you thrive working cross-functionally with legal, finance, procurement and other internal business affairs departments.
Work daily with Business Affairs Lead and global Producers on global production initiatives, meetings and day-to-day issues.
Liaise with Business Affairs Lead and cross-functional partners on correct protocol, status and tracking for Creative Shop productions.
Maintain global tracking mechanisms and grids for Creative Shop Production.
Execute Job Set Up Process for all Creative Shop Productions.
Initiate and track of Client billing process for all global productions, working cross-functionally with GSS, FP&A, RA and SPO.
Liaise with cross-functional partners on collection efforts for Client billing.
Assist in obtaining any production specific metrics and information.
Assist and Track Purchase Order Creation for internally-funded productions.
Assist and track onboarding of producer contractors and training in FB specific protocols.
Assist Producers with Vendor onboarding and drafting Vendor Statement of Works.
Archive and track all Client and Vendor contracts as well as Anthology deal sheets and client consent emails.
Prepare and present the legal and financial story of each production to Business Affairs Lead.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience working in a business and legal affairs capacity in a media and/or tech company
Network, production company or advertising agency experience
Experience building and/or implementing production and operational methodologies for shows and teams
Communication experience
Administrative and time management experience
Experience securing rights to properties and working with legal departments
