Compensation: Up to $80k base salary per year (up to 105k minimum including bonus, may go higher) + Bonus + Benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, select, train, motivate and coach your department’s team of "A" players
- Ensure excellent product quality, consistency, temperature, value and timeliness
- Ensure a "Raving Fan" guest experience
- Maintain labor, COGs’ and other controllable expenses within a budget range
- Responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant
- Plans and leads shift meetings for team; builds camaraderie and team spirit
- Maintains high cleanliness standards
- Creates weekly schedules
