The general manager is responsible for par setting, inventory control, scheduling, payroll, cost control, party host, staff training, basic repair and maintenance, cleanliness, maintaining health department standards, among many others.
Tabc certification must be completed before you may start.
Must have minimum 2 years alcoholic beverage service management including full service restaurants.

Salary: $58000/year plus bonuses to start. Salary commensurate with experience

- bar and restaurant management: 2 years
- Must have TABC Certification
- must have a reliable vehicle and current drivers license
