GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for Senior Services' effective management, supervision, and day-to-day operations. Provide the link between the organization’s various departments and ensure the smooth flow of information from one part of the organization to the other. Work with the CEO and CFO to develop organization policies and budgets. This includes developing, administering, expanding, and/or enhancing all components of the programs, monitoring budget and financial activities, grant management, and compliance. It also includes the day-to-day management of personnel and the administration of disciplinary or corrective actions as required with assistance from the HR department. Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Staff and participates in organizational planning, budgeting, and program development.

Essential Job Functions:
· Supervision, training and direction to the Managers, interns and Facilities Manager and Reception.
· Review existing services and make recommendations for changes, including additions, eliminations, and revisions.
· Schedule staff and distribute workload.
· Attend scheduled training and management meetings.
· Schedule, host, and attend monthly committee meetings for the Senior Service Advisory Council and the Board of Directors.
· Attend Board meetings on a monthly basis.
· Serve on community boards and councils as assigned by the CEO.
· Work with the CFO to develop budgets for the senior center.
· Research and assist in writing grants for existing and new funding sources.
· Serve as CALC liaison with funders.
· Submit monthly reports to Board of Directors and CEO and other reports as requested.
· Work with staff to coordinate needed services, maintenance, and etc.
· Monitor grant for eligibility and compliance.
Supervisory Requirements:
· Supervision, training, and direction to the Managers, interns, receptionist, and Facilities Manager.
· Ensure Performance Evaluations are timely and SMART goal oriented.
· Monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
· Associate’s degree in public or business administration, management, social services, human resources, organizational development or related field; or progressive work experience with acquired knowledge at the level of an Associate’s degree in the afore-mentioned fields.
· Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, management, social services, human resources, organizational development or related field, preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
