3 years of experience in a project management role at a management consulting firm or investment bank, or equivalent experience in a corporate role focused on strategic advisory (e.g., in-house corporate strategy or corporate development role).

Experience with manipulating large data sets using SQL.
Experience managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and landing of initiatives.
Analytical proficiency to develop a methodology to identify partners.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing Google's partner program. You will demonstrate understanding and evolving methodology to identify partners, their impact, and their needs. You will be responsible for ongoing program management of these partners through our badging and value-adds program with an ultimate goal of deepening the partner relationship and driving satisfaction. You will also demonstrate your skills in stakeholder management across Marketing, Sales, Product, etc. to drive decision making.
