Experience Preferred: 1 year of experience in manufacturing setting required.

Daily Duties of the Wood Finisher:
-Review mfg. orders and specs to determine finishing requirements
-Set up and operate spray stations
-Finish wood parts to customer’s specifications
-Coordinate with other departments on daily scheduling
-Attention to detail, meet quality and production standards
-Maintain clean work environment
-Ensure that equipment is in good working order, change filters and clean guns
Required skills and abilities of the Wood Finisher:
-Ability to mix finishes based on quality control procedures
-Basic knowledge of measuring and calculating dimensions of a project using a tape measure and calculator
-Ability to read and understand construction and assembly drawings
-Read/interpret CAD drawings
-On feet for long periods of time
-Able to lift up to 60 pounds
-Meet tight deadlines
-Mechanically capable with good hand/eye coordination
