As a Contract Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and managing the interview process both on the phone and in-person for offices across North America. You will interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process. The coordinator will also work on various projects as needed. The Recruiting Coordinator position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team-based.
This position is a contract role with the opportunity for conversion to a fulltime position.
Schedule in-office and phone interviews for candidates across North America
Act as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
Builds relationships with internal and external clients at VP and C-Levels
Must have a professional manner as well as a high level of interpersonal skills to handle time-sensitive and stressful situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly, write business correspondence and create reports, effectively present information, and respond to questions from clients at all levels
Facilitates the interview process and ensure a positive interview experience for interviewers and candidates
Aides in collecting feedback and conducting debrief calls with interviewers
Arranges travel for out-of-town candidates
Tracks interview data for monthly and quarterly reporting
Must maintain a high level of professionalism in all communication, paying particular attention at the executive level
Assists with presentations at educational institutions, professional organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and it's opportunities
Provides information on office logistics and job opportunities to potential applicants
0-2 years of related professional work experience and/or training.
Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task accordingly
Experience presenting information and responding to questions from clients and the general public
Experience creating reports and writing business correspondences
Experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
