The primary task of the testing proctor is to administer and monitor various types of tests, primarily academic tests (both online and paper). In addition, the proctor will maintain files, manage records, compile data, answer emails and communicate daily with various populations including students, faculty, staff and the public. The testing proctor must be organized, detail–oriented and able to multi-task efficiently during peak testing hours. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Additional duties as assigned by the director.
Bachelor's degree and functional with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet is preferred.
