SERVPRO is looking for you to join our team. We specialize in Fire and Water Cleanup and Restoration, and also provide a variety of cleaning services. We're seeking an individual who is motivated to help others in times of need, loves hard work, and is flexible to work an on call rotation with some same day travel out of town when required.
YEAR ROUND WORK!
Primary Role: Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met. Support and lead other staff members. Follow and enforce policies and procedures. Actively work on jobs to ensure completion.
Results Expected: Cleanup and restoration processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to supervisors and customers are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly.
- Customer service focused.
- Able to work an on call rotation.
- Out of town travel.
- Hard working. Able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
- Some construction knowledge is helpful, but not required.
