Client Services Associate (Scheduling Coordinator), Sewell, NJ - Entry Level

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking a part time Client Services Associate (Scheduling Coordinator) to join our Sewell, NJ Adult Nursing service office. Client Services Associates at BAYADA lead field staff in providing excellent customer service and quality home care with focus on delivery and coordination of client services, growth and development of caseload and on-going case management. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and posses the desire for growth and professional development. This an integral part of the BAYADA office team and has the ability to work with staff of all levels along with clients and their families. This postiion would be 20 hours a week with the potential to go fulltime status in the future.

Answer client inquires, take referrals, and schedule home care services
Develop strong and lasting relationships with referral sources and community resources
Oversee a caseload of medically fragile pediatric clients to including staffing, scheduling and operations and administration
Handling compliance (ensuring field staff are in compliance with CPR, annual tests, PPD's etc).
Work independently while managing clients and family dynamics
Build relationships with the clients and staff to ensure staffing concerns are met
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Strong Customer Service experience necessary
At least 2 years of professional work experience.
Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and of successfully taking on increased responsibility
Superior attention to detail and high diligence with documentation while following healthcare policies and procedures
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Proven communication and PC skills
