The HR Systems Manager is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance, data integrity and ongoing system testing and improvements and payroll. This position also leads headcount reporting, report writing and data analysis for business initiatives and decision-making.

Specific to this role, the position would manage the Talent Luxottica application and vendors, would manage the HR Interfaces, and would manage the OM structure within SAP HCM. The position would partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HRBPs, Payroll, Manufacturing and Distribution to support Recruiting, HR data, payroll processing, and legal requirements.

Provides support and vendor management for Talent Luxottica (SuccessFactors).
Responsible for overall SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) structure, ensuring alignment with internal and external business and HR functions
Primary Contact for North America headcount reporting, supporting various functions and global teams, providing information to improve business efficiencies, accuracy and compliance.
Analyzes, designs, evaluates, modifies, tests and implements HR/Recruiting functionality in coordination with the HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT.
Leads system update process, including making appropriate recommendations to process owners, leading configuration and testing, and training end users, when appropriate.
Lead cross-functional team and project meetings, working collaboratively with all necessary individuals to achieve the goals of each given project.
Conducts research and analysis regarding trends, patterns, and issues to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports, simple and complex, to support strategic decision-making.
Point of contact for the global team and vendors, including all integrations with HR SAP systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
Ensures consistent delivery of established service level agreements through active, ongoing management.
Ensures that system is configured accurately to support end user business needs.
Configures and troubleshoots integrations with third parties.
Partners with stakeholders to implement process modifications that support changing business and compliance requirements.
Manages the ongoing maintenance and data integrity of existing systems, including all integrations and reports.
Performs regular audits and participates in the development of new audits in the HR/Recruiting systems.
Manages compliance with required audit corrections.

B.S/B.A. degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years Business Systems experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access
Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, data analysis or payroll
Ability to organize and prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Project Management experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong teamwork skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3+ years Business Systems experience utilizing SAP
Advanced in Project Management
Skill in influencing others and outcomes
