We have an exciting opportunity for MSO 2 Training Specialists in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The successful candidate will provide training instruction for the HUMINT Training Joint Center of Excellence at Fort Huachuca.

Apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, and individual instruction, mentorship, and coaching. Provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.


TS/SCI Clearance
Minimum four years' of cumulative management and operational experience with at least one assignment supporting contingency operations
MSO 1 or 2 qualified via OTC, DATC, SOC, or MAGTF-CI/HUMINT Course (legacy courses are acceptable)
Minimum of four years’ of time in service as a HUMINT collector
Minimum of two assignments directly conducting MSO at the Category II or Category I level during overseas contingency operations or other relevant operation
Training or experience in 2X operations, Defense HUMINT, CI/HUMINT Analysis & Requirements Cells, HUMINT Analysis Cells, HUMINT Targeting Cells, embedded analyst within HUMINT operations, or analysis closely associated with HUMINT operations or reporting
Training or experience in DoD and Intelligence Community organization, structure, missions, and functions is highly desired
Physical Requirements
Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.

Equipment and Machines
General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment.

Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.

Other Essential Functions
Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Grooming and dress usually business casual, but dependent on client’s standards. Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area.
