The candidate will build a strong foundation of business operations through a structured internal rotation and develop an understanding of all areas of the company:
- Supply Chain/Logistics
- Distribution (including warehouse supervision)
- Planning and Purchasing
- Trend Analysis
The Trainee will receive exposure to the supply, distribution and retail levels of the consumer products industry. Trainees who successfully complete the Trainee Program will be eligible for a variety of career paths within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to learn many aspects of the industry and find a path that best fits skills and interests.
