Enthusiastic self-starter needed! Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy has an immediate opening for a Full-Time member of our administrative team. Primary duties will include standard reception: Greeting and checking in patients, taking incoming telephone calls, scheduling patient appointments, confirming insurance benefits and authorizations, and maintaining appointment calendar. Further tasks will involve insurance billing and collections, and general patient relations. Excellent people skills, time management and multi tasking skills are essential. Prior experience in administrative position, particularly in healthcare, is strongly preferred but not necessarily required.
