InMotion Hosting is looking for an experienced Corporate IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, recommending placement of staff and candidate onboarding.
We are an industry leader specializing in web applications, web hosting and website design. InMotion was established in 2001 with offices in Los Angeles, CA, Denver, CO and Virginia Beach, VA.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit non-exempt and exempt positions across multiple departments and sites.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and other team members.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to apply to our playbooks.
Track candidate quality and sourcing data to assure recruitment efforts are effective.
Attend, coordinate and participate in external and on-site career and job fair events.
Maintain accountability for achieving targeted recruitment metrics; time to fill, time to hire, candidate quality rating.

Ideal Candidates Have:
2-5 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years focused on technical recruitment.
Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive recruiting goals in a fast paced environment.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for creative and innovative recruiting methods.
Experience recruiting for and working with all levels of management.
Strong initiative, thinks ahead, and can think and act independently.
Success with traditional, niche job boards and social media recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience staffing a call center.
Understanding of the importance of data within a recruitment function.
Experience in IT, web hosting recruitment or serving as a recruiter for a technical staffing agency is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking software/databases.
