NYC artist management and production company is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. This they are looking for someone who has a true startup spirit and who is interested in growth and organizing the financial side of their business. They require the candidate to be available for communication after normal business hours as their industry often operates during the evening. Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred, Intuit a plus. Bookkeeping duties include general bookkeeping, payroll, T E experience, reimbursements, G/L entries and other tasks. Logistics and office administration including but not limited to: Booking travel and logistics for music acts/tours/concerts including airfare, ground, hotels, etc., Creating expense reports and invoices related to concerts, recording, and touring projects.
