Targeting the Caribbean in approved markets, there's no shortage of light and heat, while the high-tech watering and monitoring systems ensure the health of the plants that benefit from year-round sunlight, as well as local teams who have 30 years of experience working in hybrid greenhouses.

Opportunity:

Currently, we are looking for one full-time individual with an investment promotion background to spearhead our fundraising efforts through Joint Venture partnerships and Equity opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has experience in marketing investments. This role requires you liaise with your existing network of prospects and introduce them to our current offerings.

Value Proposition: Positioned in the Caribbean and utilizing natural sources of energy affords Massive Therapeutics up to 80% reduction in operating cost when compared to the US and Canada.

Your Role: To liaise with prospects in person and patch in key management via webinar who present current opportunities. After which, closings are completed by one of the Company Directors.You are the face-to-face representative in your city.

Compensation (Commissions): 10% referral fee will be paid on successful transactions and 10% equity once milestones are achieved.

Responsibility:

  • Organize, track and manage your leads and client database
  • Book prospective investors for online presentations with management
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Nurture prospects by calling or e-mailing to follow up
  • Attend regularly scheduled conference calls
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of business development experience
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
  • Financially stable
  • Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Solid track record in developing growth with new and existing investors
  • An established network of prospects
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
  • Exceptional selling, communication and negotiation skills

Salary: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
