RN/LPN 2 pm to 10 pm
Calvin Community is seeking full-time RN/LPN (Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses), who can multi-task, work independently or as a team, work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and love helping others.
Typical Duties:

Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.

Administering medication.
-
Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to unit managers and family members.

Maintaining accurate patient charts and records.
-
Collecting specimen samples when needed.
-
Developing personalized patient care and treatment plans.
-
Serving as a trusted resource to other.
-
Assisting in medical procedures.
-
Supervising nursing staff.
-
Managing emergency medical situations.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in good standing.

License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate.

Current, valid CPR Certification.

Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
