Position Summary
We are seeking a Healthcare professionalwho is looking to get more out of their pharmacy career and excited about our exponential growth opportunities in our community. Holland’s Variety Drug is a high-volumeindependent retail pharmacyfocused on improving patient experience with technician focused data entry and outcomes through our adherence program & prescription delivery. We prioritize our patient care and the development of our employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills to join a fast-paced team. This position would include patient care and patient relationship development via phone calls.
Responsibilities
Our data entry team members are responsible for inputting prescription data from providers in a timely manner, communicating with pharmacists and providers for prescription clarifications or concerns, and efficient insurance billing. This position would also include direct patient contact via phone for adherence opportunities, medication management and med sync.
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate would have prior experience with insurance billing and telephone skills. The ability to resolve concerns in a professional, efficient and caring manner is a must. Self-driven and motivated to meet patient care goals is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and patient care.
Prior experience in the medical field, such as Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistants and CRMA would be a great asset to your success in this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
