We are looking for sharp, enthusiastic, professionals to become part of the energy and join our Physician Practice team where you will engage in our efforts to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
The physician practice call center is the 1st point of contact for our patients calling to schedule a doctor’s appointment. This individual answers both incoming calls in a call center to schedule appointments and initiates outgoing calls to patients.
Additional duties include insurance verification, data entry, and other assignments as needed. The ideal candidate will provide strong customer service, work well in a team environment, thrive in a fast paced environment, and remain positive and friendly while working under pressure.
