Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business seeks an Admissions Enrollment Manager – Online Programs. Along with a collaborative team of admissions professionals, you will guide all prospective online students through the enrollment management process.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining continuous contact with students in all stages of the enrollment management process
  • Planning and executing virtual information sessions, and campus recruiting events
  • Participating in admissions committee meetings, sharing insights about candidates and making scholarship recommendations
  • Leading phone and e-mail campaigns to generate prospective student leads

Your qualities:

  • You have an undergraduate degree with admissions, counseling, sales, marketing, or corporate recruiting experience
  • You have previous experience recruiting students for online graduate programs, either at a university or for an Online Program Management (OPM) company.
  • You are very comfortable in a highly computerized environment, including Excel, PowerPoint, communication tools, including Zoom and similar meeting/webinar tools. CRM systems, such as Slate, preferred.
  • You have a high level of professionalism in working with professional candidates and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are detail oriented, driven, self-motivated, organized and possess a demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
