CACI is recruiting a Program Manager for our Technical Mission Systems group.
The Program Manager will lead the daily operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, staffing, profitability, and business development for a major portion of the department business portfolio. You and your team will work directly with government clients, contract developers, and executive management to solve complex national security problems that protect our nation and save lives. You will lead a large multi-year multiprogram contract serving as the enterprise-wide analyst capabilities vehicle for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. These efforts will include the development and sustainment of integrated, feature-rich capabilities that promote the modernizing of visualization and presentation tools across the agency space.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
At least ten years’ experience as a program or project manager, detailed knowledge of the intelligence community and/or software development industry, and experience in government acquisition processes
At least one year of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management
To be knowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies
To have direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment
To have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management
An active TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance
