Bring marketing, analytics, user insights, and experimentation together to develop and optimize the engagement and marketing strategy targeting Bright Horizons client employees to drive use of Bright Horizons benefits.

Major Functions/Responsibilities:
Develop overarching content and programmatic themes that drive individual service-line marketing plans and programs Analyze full customer marketing funnel for areas of opportunity to increase conversions and return on investment
Contribute to growth targets for unique users and frequency of use via optimizing segmentation and personalization strategies based on demographics and user behavior
Oversee cross-service initiatives including promotions, low-use strategies, and new service rollouts
Partner with marketing automation team and operations to uncover user insights and create and execute an A/B testing plan to enhance campaign and journey effectiveness. Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and support buildout of real-time dashboards
Based on above findings, recommend marketing strategies and best practices to meet business objectives

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 5+ years professional experience
Strong data analysis and project management skills; results-oriented, highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision
The individual should function effectively under pressure and maintains a sense of humor; be willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of a constantly changing and growing organization
Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and reporting dashboards preferred
Experience and/or ability to work with diverse teams
