What you’ll do as a Customer Support Representative:

  • Operate as a “jack of all trades” handling customer service, loan processing, sales and collections efforts
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer emails
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service information
  • Provide a high level of service to our customers to ensure they understand the loan process and would recommend our service
  • Convert leads into completed loan applications
  • Process submitted loan applications and issue loans according to company guidelines
  • Verify loan applicant information
  • Process loan payments and set up arrangements for repayment on past due accounts
  • Apply a professional attitude and image for all internal and external customers
  • Perform other functions as assigned by management

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A stable job history
  • Proven experience succeeding in a metrics-driven environment
  • The ability to speak to prior goals and performance metrics
  • Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Show an unyielding commitment to a team and department through an excellent attendance record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer savvy (word processing, data entry, internet, spreadsheets
  • Possess intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Access to reliable transportation and availability to work evening hours and some weekends

Shifts available:

Must be available to work between the hours of 2am - 12:30pm. Most shifts do include 1 weekend day.

Pay and Benefits :

This position pays a base salary of $14 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential, and the opportunity to earn competitive incentives
