Under general supervision, this position is responsible for management and maintenance of stages during theater productions as well as the operation of other production elements. Performs related work as directed.
High school education or an equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
Three or more years of related experience required.
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Daily -10%: Loads and unloads props and materials from trucks. Unloads and set ups road cases.
Daily -10%: Operates freight elevator, pit lift, fly rail, and Genie lift. Operates scenery-moving machinery.
Daily- 10%: Assembles and disassembles parts. Moves and rearranges furniture.
Daily -10%: Operation and programming of lighting console. Hangs, focus, and patch lights.
Daily -10%: Operation and patching of audio console
Daily -10%: Sets-up micing of performers and placement of microphones and monitors for events
Daily- 10%: Assembles flats, risers and musical equipment.
Daily -10%: Dismantles scenery and other store set pieces. Opens and closes curtains.
Daily- 10%: Cleans up stage and backstage area after performance.
Other, as Needed - 10%: Performs related duties s assigned.

Ability to take direction and be a team player.
The ability to work nights and weekends as production schedules dictate.
