Granite State Glass is seeking Shower Enclosure Installation Specialist candidates to join the GSG Team. This position will be working at residences and jobsites in the Laconia / Lakes Region area.
Carpenters are encouraged to apply as their skill set and attention to detail are highly compatible with those duties of a Shower Install Specialist. Candidates who have a background in construction, who are skilled in working with hand tools and can thrive within a fast paced team dynamic are also encouraged to apply.

Trainee Requirements and Progression:
- Shower Enclosure Installation Technicians in training typically earn between $18-$20 per hour as a minimum.
- Trainee progress is reviewed at 30 days with another review at 90 days which often results in an increase in hourly wages.
- Ideal candidates would have a background in carpentry, tile or construction
- Be capable with hand tools and thrive within a fast paced team dynamic.
- Shower Enclosure Installation Specialists in training typically spend 3-4 months +/- with an Experienced Shower Enclosure Installation Specialist.
Experienced Shower Installation Technicians:
- Experienced Shower Enclosure Installation Professionals typically earn in the $22-$32 per hour range dependent upon experience and skill level
- Experienced Shower Enclosure Installation Professionals are encouraged to apply to GSG and learn more about New England’s leader in glass and customer satisfaction
Shower Enclosure Installation Technician Responsibilities:
· Ability to Inspect product, parts and paperwork prior to leaving shop for install
· Transport, handle and install a wide array of shower and tub enclosures.
· Willingness to learn and apply new skills
· Professional jobsite appearance and demeanor
· Accurate and organized handling of paperwork
Requirements:
· Have a great attitude and be willing to work within a team dynamic
· Safe and competent operation of hand tools
· Professional interaction with clients when necessary
· Safe operation of company vehicles
· Work safely within the GSG/OSHA safety program.
