Amazon Business is seeking an experienced variable compensation leader to build and lead from the ground up both a variable compensation plan and a small compensation team for the US Commercial, Public Sector and Strategy (CPS) businesses. The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges and how to align our variable compensation, and has experience in sales operations. The candidate should have a deep analytic background to assist the Amazon Business Sales organization in meeting its business objectives. The right candidate should have a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively. This is a great opportunity for a builder!
This role can be located out of any of the Amazon Business locations in the United States, which include but are not limited to; Austin TX, Boston MA, Arlington VA, Chicago IL, Tempe AZ or Seattle WA as well as parts of the North East regions of the country.
