Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation
David Boehrer Law Firm is a personal injury and workers' compensation law firm in Henderson, NV. We are seeking an attorney to join our workers' compensation team. Experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
The associate will handle all aspects of workers' compensation from intake to litigation. Job responsibilities will include:
- communication with clients, adjusters and defense counsel;
- preparation of hearing memoranda, appeals memoranda, motions, oppositions, orders, written discovery and responses; and
- appearances before hearing officers, appeals officers and judges.
No billable hour requirements!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 per year
