JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

DEPARTMENT: Customer Service

JOB SUMMARY

Order processing/assisting eye care practitioners and professionals with their patient orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Processing of custom contact lens orders received by phone, fax, email, and internet.

Processing of returns.

Filing.

Work closely with consultation and sales teams in processing requests.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Contact lens knowledge.

Communication skills.

Multi-tasking.

Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normal office environment.

EDUCATION

High school degree required.

EXPERIENCE

Customer service experience and contact lens knowledge preferred but willing to train.
