What you will be doing in the call center:
- Scheduling appointments by making outgoing calls and multitasking.
- Help with clients via phone, email, text, and video.
- Create easy hassle free transactions for service clients
- Achieve factory certification for product knowledge, create avenue for more service business, initiate programs with factory guidelines
- Present automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features
