This position is responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for our Customer Care Department. Duties include fielding telephone calls, conducting follow up phone calls, and distributing work. We are seeking a motivated and high-energy individual who will develop responsive relationships with internal and external clients. This position requires a positive individual who can adapt to change.
Distribute new claims to Customer Care Specialists
Review, distribute and assign customer paperwork to the appropriate Customer Care Specialist
Follow-up with customers and clients to gather feedback on services provided
Follow-up with vendors, subcontractors and technicians to collect invoices, paperwork and/or specific reports
Confirm with customer and transferee the receipt of claims
Manage full life-cycle of Movers Claims, which includes assigning, tracking, monitoring, and following up on all Mover Claims
Gather, open and properly distribute department mail
Knowledge of basic technical concepts regarding household specialty items repair, services and parts or ability to learn same on the job.
PC skills, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook basic proficiency
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to work with customers with courtesy, tenacity, professionalism, persistency and tact.
Considerable phone and e-mail communication and follow-up skills are required
Organization, attention to detail, and professionalism are necessary skills to be successful in this role
All candidates must be able to work a 9:00AM - 6:00PM time slot. We are staffed from 8:30AM until 8:00PM to support our customers nationwide. Overtime and some Saturday hours (9:00AM to 1:00PM) are required.
