This role will be reporting to Bit Rambusch, Vice President eServices and Knowledge Management.
Receives, screens, and handles: emails, telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence
Works with integrity, as this position requires handling information that is confidential or sensitive nature
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, expenses, and coordinates related arrangements
Coordinates International and Domestic Travel for executive
Drafts own responses based on knowledge of the organization's policy, procedures or particular situation
Interacts and establishes networking relationships with outside customers, high-level executives, and administrative assistants in a professional manner
Prepares memorandum, reports and other materials for staff and business meetings
Maintains and analyzes files and records which often contain information of a confidential nature
Attends weekly staff meetings - take and distribute minutes and follow-up on action items
Coordinates special projects and department activities such as: town hall meetings, brown bag lunches, team building activities, etc.
Coordinates team corporate events

Advanced knowledge of software programs Windows and MS Office applications and Concur
Ability to operate standard office equipment
