Island Creek Oyster Bar is seeking a motivated Service Manager looking to make a impact on a dynamic, bustling restaurant team and community. Island Creek Oyster Bar, located in Burlington, MA, is a unique restaurant concept bringing the guest closer to the farmer, through a daily changing menu in a busy dining room, with creative and unique beverage pairings.
As the Service Manager, you will engage at every level of service, overseeing the front of house service team, leading front of house education and developing meaningful guest relationships. Working directly with the General Manager, you will play an active role in all restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, and aspires to motivate those around them. They will want to work daily in service and lead by example. The Service Manager will influence a restaurant culture rooted in education, proficiency, teamwork, and employee development at all staffing levels. They will respect everyone in the restaurant, from Dishwashers to managers.
