ABC is the exclusive North American distributor of prestigious Van Hool motor coaches. ABC also offers the largest selection of pre-owned bus and motor coach inventory in the country. We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Specialist at our Redwood City/Newark, CA location(s).

Salary: DOE
Job Type: Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 40 + hours/week

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in person, over the phone or via email to identify needed part(s)
Fulfill and ship customer’s parts requirements in order to obtain and maintain maximum customer satisfaction
Receive incoming stock or transfer parts, ensure accuracy, packing slip and inventory
Assist in maintaining stock levels
Help the service department identify parts
Maintain a neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and parts warehouse

Experience in the parts industry
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office including excel, word and outlook
Ability to rotate to nearby locations (10 miles)
Demonstrate good organizational skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Effective time management with skills to prioritize workload
Ability to work well under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, have process-driven approach to multi-tasking
Self-motivated and the ability to work on their own initiative
Bilingual, a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

General Conditions
