What You’ll Get to Do:
The CACI Operations Team is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal resource will have excellent communication, organization, multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills. This resource will report to the Operations Manager and is preferred to be onsite at the Chantilly office to work the 1st shift (7am – 3pm).
More About the Role:
Monitor emails received during the night shift for abends or other critical issues needing attention or escalation during the current shift, such as abends.
Monitor cell phone calls to the MIDAS On-Call Support Number for all issues communicated from internal and external sources via the On-Call Support Number.
Monitor email for TWS Job Abends.
Monitor email from client server for Disk Space, RAM, and CPU utilization issues.
Generate Nightly Report email with Data Volumes for CP for key White Lists.
Generate and email the Scrum Status Report and provide the required information that will be shared with the stakeholders each morning.
Monitor email from CACI and ensure that the Job Runtimes report on CP, TSV1, TSV1.5, Base_Tables, and BIZ is generated and emailed.
Monitor emails for User Support tasks.
Attend Daily Status Meetings.
Review Operations Calendar at beginning of shift for daily activity, especially outages.
Maintain daily shift handover report.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
3+ years’ experience in operations monitoring preferred.
Must have worked in the US 3 of the past 5 years.
Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Experience with MS Ofiice & Oylook
Must be able to work 1st shift 7am – 3pm.
Experience with TWS Scheduler would be ideal
