Elite Secrets Bridal Boutique has a commission based position open for an experienced Lead Bridal stylist to assist our brides with finding their dream dress.
Job Requirments:
Prefer experience in the bridal industry
Must be organized and detail oriented
Basic social media marketing knowledge (i.e.. Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and basic computer knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think and problem solve independently
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional and help our clients with one of the most exciting and important purchases of their lives.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, weekends
Innovative and motivated to develop a marketing plan to increase sales and profits
Strong customer follow up-skills are a must
Job Description:
Working trunk shows
Communicating with management to discuss upcoming appointments and events
Act as liaison between studio, other wedding professionals, and venue managers
Monthly meetings with Elite Secrets
Acting as liaison between Elite Secrets and outside business owners and professionals as needed
Assist brides in finding the perfect wedding dress for their wedding and other bridal party attire by utilizing their knowledge about current fashion trends, fit and body types, and alteration requirements.
Measure customers and recommend which size to order based on their body measurements, fit of the dress, and potential alteration requirements.
Enter special-order dresses into computerized order system.
Follow up on current clients as well as leads generated from various sources.
Assist customers picking up gowns.
Represent Elite Secrets at shows and events.
