#1 Objective: The Commercial Sales Rep primary responsibility is for the development of new business to the Tire Sales business. The incumbent will expand TA’s business with existing customers as well as the development of new accounts within assigned market territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer base within region with the highest level of integrity and customer service
  • Secure profitable new business with both existing customers and new prospects
  • Negotiate and execute approved programs based on sales volume, and maintain assigned monthly margin and volume goals
  • Meet and/or exceed year-over-year volume and profitability goals
  • Utilize sales cycle and have a strong understanding of ROI
  • Utilizes Salesforce to maintain calls and sales record of prospects and customers, showing objectives, contacts, etc. and utilizing for follow up

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of commercial tire sales required
  • Ability to travel in designated market
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently/autonomously
