This position will provide support to the Next Gen GEO Program manager and Boulder engineering management. Additionally, the position will provide backup support for other Boulder site administrative needs. Responsibilities include managing meeting schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, VIP visitor management, arranging domestic and international travel reservations, preparing and processing travel requisitions, expense reports, awards budget tracking, and event planning and coordination.

This position will support communications activities within the facility and coordinate employee engagement events. The successful candidate must communicate with various levels of LM personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Skype
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Effective time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of SAP Concur
Event planning and coordination
Willingness to take on additional actives outside of normal job scope
