Trellis is looking for a highly motivated and creative concept artist to join our team in working on Yule, a social multiplayer ARPG.
Trellis is an independent game studio with a focus on creating multiplayer experiences. Our ethos is rooted in our experience as players, and a love for good games that cultivate memorable social interaction. We believe that an excellent working environment comes from autonomy, comfort and deep cross-functional support.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with our creative director in the conceptualization and development of Yule's characters, creatures, and environment as well as defining the project’s visual fidelity. As a part of our creative department, you’ll work with an ambitious team that places quality first and deeply values the impact our creative output has on others.
(Experience in giving direction on art assets produced by external partners, thus previous experience working with external artists is highly desired. Ideally this entails the ability to provide clear paint-over and verbal feedback, both internally and externally.)
If you’re up to the challenge of helping realize an ambitious and highly conceptual multiplayer experience, we want to hear from you!
